My seizures are much improved. I'm in the stage of recognizing secondary food problems. My latest involves papaya and mango which I love. Whenever I get a spurt of seizure activity, I look first at what I've been eating and usually find the source there. I am having a lot of sensory hallucinatory seizures now also. Visual, auditory, olefactory, taste. It is my understanding that they are associated with Temporal Lobe Epilepsy. I am beyond caring about putting a label to my seizure activity and simply live through the hallucinations, which are sometimes several back-to-back. Never was aware of these hallucinations when the biggest problem in my day was non-stop gut auras. I’ve been using the GARD now for 2 years. My seizures are much improved. What I do is cook up large amounts of meat and vegetables in a big pot and then freeze most of it in containers so that I take out whatever is needed each day. The dogs love it and they look great. They won't touch dog biscuits anymore. I put in reasonably good cuts of meat, nothing too fatty. Simply do check with the vet, as each dog's needs are different.
